ROLE:  Project Manager

The Percy Group is expanding and we are currently seeking a Project Manager to help build the foundation of this expansion in three key areas: digital marketing project development, management of the company business systems, and customer / sales support.

  • Lead and manage the implementation critical digital marketing projects, such as a CRM system and websites.
  • Lead the conversion of the company’s proprietary business system into workshops, books and customer experiences.
  • Lead the promotion of a current book and the development, completion and launch of a new book project.
  • Coordinate the planning and production of all marketing materials and collateral.
  • Manage the day to day business systems of the company, including: scheduling, promotion, task execution and financial systems.
  • Support the capital investment into promising business ventures through research, analysis, and investment support.
  • Manage all weekly promotional activities including: Blog and Vlog production and distribution, social media, newsletter production and distribution, media enquiries.
  • Manage all administrative tasks including: word processing, research, document/report preparation, scheduling, speech preparation and presentation preparation, as required.
  • Assist with sales activities including: preparing support materials, calling potential clients, managing letter writing and distribution campaigns, and follow up phone calls.
  • Basic bookkeeping including: invoice preparation, expense tracking and monthly reporting.
  • Supporting the principal in customer service offers such as workshop, strategy planning sessions, coaching sessions and impact projects.

  • Marketing experience is a plus, but not required.


  • Full-time.
  • Part-time will be considered, but not less than 3 days per week.
  • Monday – Friday from 8:30 – 4:30 pm (hours are somewhat flexible).
  • Combination of base salary and performance bonus.




Conveniently located in a professional and well equipped office complex at The Airport Square building (1200 West 73rd Avenue, Vancouver).  Bus access from Granville Street, Oak Street, Marine Drive, the Marpole Loop and the Cambie Street Skytrain.  Free parking is available on nearby streets. Office complex includes kitchen, board rooms, fitness room and access to nearby shops and amenities.
